RHB Bank Equity Home Financing-i is a Shariah-compliant home financing based on the concept of Musyarakah Mutanaqisah. Based on the concept, the Bank acquired the property together with you under a Diminishing Musharakah arrangement.

You pay rental on the Bank's share and gradually purchase Bank's share in the partnership. As your ownership in the property grows, the Bank diminishes until you have fully bought the Bank's equity in the property.
