RHB Bank My1 Revolving Home Loan lets you withdraw up to your approved loan amount, which includes both your paid monthly installments and any additional amount you have credited to your loan account. With that flexibility and extra cash in hand, you can use it for anything - from financing a new business, home renovation to paying for your children's education.

Features

• Maximum 80% + 5% MRTA (MRTA is compulsory)

• Minimum loan size of RM350,000 (inclusive of MRTA)

• Financing eligibility up to 40% of monthly income

• LONGER financing tenure up to age of 38 years or age 70 whichever is earlier

• Compulsory MRTA at 100% (finance by the Bank and / or cash payment). For joint applications, at least one of the applicants must be covered with MRTA at 100%.

• Processing fee of RM200 (one-off payment)
